What you will be doing:
- Support the monitoring and maintenance of the roaming probe network, addressing any issues related to hosting sites.
- Contribute to the identification and onboarding of potential new hosting partners.
What our client is looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking principles or systems administration is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Keen attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office; familiarity with additional technical tools is a plus.
- Customer-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
Work Type:
- Hybrid with 3 days in their Cape Town or Centurion office
