About the position

This is a remote position.

Permanent position available for a Technical Support Advisor.
The Technical Support Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support. They must possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. This role requires autonomy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The Technical Support Advisor will handle support tickets, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  
• Proficient in using help desk software and remote support tools.
  
• Intermediate computer knowledge and familiarity with web applications.
  
• Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies.
  
• Familiarity with a broad range of alternative software, including Postmark, Google Suite, Canny, Base64, Intercom, Stripe, and Linear.
  
• Understanding of CRM systems and their functionality.
  
• Knowledge / Interest of the Chiropractic and/ or Healthcare industry
  
• Clear Criminal record
  
• South African Citizen
