Our client, a specialist that strives to bridge the gap between technology and talent, is looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to join the team in Hazelwood, Pretoria. The Technical Solutions Engineer will serve as the crucial bridge between their cutting-edge generative AI applications and diverse customer environments. This role demands exceptional adaptability, technical versatility, and problem-solving abilities in a pressure-loaded start-up environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with or aptitude for database management and SQL.
- Knowledge of programming/scripting fundamentals.
- Outstanding technical writing and communication skills.
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and authentication systems (Auth0, Azure AD).
- Familiarity with common CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) and enterprise systems (Salesforce, Oracle).
- Understanding of API integration patterns and web technologies.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar database systems.
- Project management experience or certification.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technical platforms and systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities in a start-up fast-paced environment.
