Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Technical Services Manager to lead their infrastructure services and technical operations. This role is vital in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of their IT systems, while managing vendor relationships and driving service excellence. Role Purpose
Manage infrastructure services, vendors, and technical operations including servers, network, backup, and end-user support.
 
Qualifications

  • BSc IT or Engineering; ITIL Certified; 8+ years in infrastructure leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee NTT/BCX (any other service providers) and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Manage network, server, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Ensure ITIL-aligned service management.
  • Develop DR runbooks and technical SOPs.


Skills & Competencies

  • ITSM/ITIL, cloud/hybrid infrastructure.
  • Network/security/Windows Server knowledge.
  • Vendor & contract management.
