About the position

Role:

• The Technical Service Manager (Pharmaceutical Industry) oversees all facets of the technical service organization, ensuring seamless and efficient operations within the team.
• Their primary goal is to deliver exceptional service experiences to both internal and external customers. Additionally, they focus on sustaining and expanding existing service revenue while effectively managing a team of engineers.

Education:

• Grade 12
• Electrical/Clinical/Electronics Engineering Degree or Diploma
• Diploma in MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)
• BCom Qualification an advantage
• Previous Management experience and advantage

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in related Industry/Corporate
• General Engineering knowledge
• Deep understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and processes
• SAP
• Microsoft packages, Excel skill at Intermediate level
• Financial knowledge a must, financial qualification an advantage
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), data analytics, and healthcare technology
