About the position
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Service Developer to lead the design, development, and rollout of Fixed Wholesale Connectivity services across Africa and global markets. This role is ideal for a telecom professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial insight, and who has successfully delivered complex wholesale products in multi-country environments.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end Fixed Connectivity service development, from concept and business case through to technical implementation and commercial launch.
· Design, develop, and enhance Fixed Wholesale products, including:
o Cloud Connectivity
o Dark Fibre
o Managed Services
o IP Transit
o IPLC
o MPLS
· Drive technical service innovation aligned with wholesale market needs and evolving customer requirements.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Network, IT, Commercial, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, Vendors, and Customers.
· Support multi-country product rollouts across African markets, ensuring alignment with local regulatory and operational requirements.
· Engage with global partners and international carriers, ensuring interoperability and standards compliance.
· Ensure services are designed in line with MEF standards, industry best practices, and scalable OSS/BSS architectures.
