What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you'll spearhead the expansion of asset management and generator leasing portfolios in various sectors, including commercial, industrial, retail, and residential. Your responsibilities will include driving the growth of asset management and generator leasing portfolios in the C&I, retail, and multi-unit residential sectors, with offerings encompassing solar PV, BESS, and generator O&M services.

Operating remotely/hybrid with a primary base in Johannesburg and with travel to customer sites, you'll relish the opportunity to establish and maintain lead-generation systems, collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, and deliver compelling sales proposals. With a focus on meeting quarterly KPIs and cultivating key account relationships, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where every sale contributes to driving sustainable energy solutions forward.

What you'll need
To excel in this role, you'll need a strong technical background, ideally in Electrical engineering, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines will be crucial, along with proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office applications. A proactive mindset, resourcefulness, and a willingness to travel as required will set you apart as the ideal candidate.
