Technical Sales Representative

About the position

A well-established company in the East Rand is seeking an experienced External Sales Representative with a strong technical sales background to join their growing team.
Minimum Requirements

• Matric.
• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
• Minimum of 5 years' external sales experience.
• Experience within a technical industry is essential.
• Previous experience developing key accounts and securing new business.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Computer literate with experience using Pastel (training will be provided if required).
• Mature, self-driven sales professional with a strong desire to earn commission.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing key accounts.
• Develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximise revenue growth.
• Conduct regular customer visits and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information on the system.
• Work closely with the sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager.
