About the position
Technical Sales Representative (Reference #24617/EC)
Promote and sell specialised electrical and industrial automation products to customers within the mining, industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Driver's license with own vehicle
- 2+ years external sales experience in electrical, industrial, automation or technical sales environment
Overview of duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Conduct customer visits to understand operational requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Provide technical advice and product support to customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding product specifications, applications and usage.
- Resolve customer queries promptly while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and analyse performance against targets.
- Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful project execution.
Salary Bracket
R20 000 to R30 000 per month CTC, depending on experience, qualification(s) and current / previous package
