About the position
Well established company seeks a Technical Sales Representative from mining in the Northern Cape
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Valid drivers license
- Own transport
- Minimum 3 years in technical sales, preferably within mining industryDriven and independent professional with a strong ability to work autonomously while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Skilled in identifying opportunities, generating leads, and establishing lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business.
- Adept at cold calling, networking, and setting appointments to consistently fill the sales pipeline.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Deliver engaging presentations and accurate quotes tailored to client needs.
- Comitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Open to regular travel to meet with customers face-to-face and strengthen business connections.
Duties will include
- Develop and execute a territory business plan covering mining & industrial operations in the Northern Cape.
- Develop clients through product demonstration & product delivery.
- Meeting monthly quotas & submitting regular reports.
- Closing sales & overcoming objections.
- Cold calling & setting up face to face meetings.
- Drive product usage & make recommendations accordingly.
- Maintain visibility in the market & contribute to company’s success
