About the position

Well established company seeks a Technical Sales Representative from mining in the Northern Cape
Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • Valid drivers license
  • Own transport 
  • Minimum 3 years in technical sales, preferably within mining industryDriven and independent professional with a strong ability to work autonomously while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Skilled in identifying opportunities, generating leads, and establishing lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business.
  • Adept at cold calling, networking, and setting appointments to consistently fill the sales pipeline.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Deliver engaging presentations and accurate quotes tailored to client needs.
  • Comitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Open to regular travel to meet with customers face-to-face and strengthen business connections.


Duties will include 


  • Develop and execute a territory business plan covering mining & industrial operations in the Northern Cape.
  • Develop clients through product demonstration & product delivery.
  • Meeting monthly quotas & submitting regular reports.
  • Closing sales & overcoming objections.
  • Cold calling & setting up face to face meetings.
  • Drive product usage & make recommendations accordingly.
  • Maintain visibility in the market & contribute to company’s success
