Technical Sales Representative

About the position

Dynamic company on the East Rand seeks a Junior Internal Sales Representative from technical industry
Minimum Requirements: 

• Strong technical aptitude 
• Art least one year sales experience in a technical or industrial sector ie construction or earthmoving equipment, mining or machining 
• Resilient and proactive in managing long sales cycles
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders

About the Role:

• Office-based position 
• Engage with NGOs, government entities, and entrepreneurs
• Manage long sales cycles with persistence and follow-ups
• Handle client communication via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Generate leads through cold calling (existing database provided)
• Prepare and process quotes and invoices
• Balance hunter & farmer sales approach—acquire new clients while maintaining relationships
• Training available for juniors in industry-specific methods
