Technical Sales - Hydraulics Industry

Are you a dynamic individual with a Basic understanding of hydraulics and experience in B2B Sales?

Our client, an Italian global leader and innovator in the hydraulics industry, is expanding its presence in South Africa and is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new division (hydraulics accessories), combining your technical knowledge with a client-focused sales approach to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture new business opportunities with manufacturing and engineering companies that utilize hydraulic components.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, becoming a trusted advisor in the B2B sector.
• Demonstrate and promote a range of cutting-edge hydraulic components.
• Collaborate closely with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Travel opportunities to Italy for training and collaboration may be available.

What We're Looking For:

• A working understanding of hydraulics and related components is essential.
• Experience or a strong desire to work in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment.
• A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for building relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Based in or willing to travel to the Kuils River area.

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: Negotiable from R25,000 per month.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): Commissions ranging from R10,000 to R25,000 per month.
