About the position
This position requires a strong technical background on machines and machine parts and sales experience to:
- Promote and sell technical spare parts to existing and prospective clients using the company CRM to track leads and manage opportunities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal staff
- Handle client enquiries, provide quotations, and follow up on sales leads to convert opportunities to sales
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for upselling or introducing new product offerings
