About the position
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target industries to promote hydraulic and industrial product solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships across existing and new accounts
- Provide technical advice and support to clients on hydraulic motors, systems, and components
- Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and application consultations
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of technical sales experience in hydraulic systems, hydraulic motors, or related industrial/engineering products
- Proven track record of B2B / business-to-business sales
- Technical understanding of SAI Hydraulics or similar product lines is highly advantageous
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Cape Town or Johannesburg
- Valid driver's license and own transport essential
Package Includes:
- Basic salary of R35,000 depending on experience
- Commission earnings based on performance
