Technical Sales Engineer

About the position

A multi national, leading supplier of technical automation products for a variety of industries is looking for a highly energized, dynamic, sales focused individual to join their team and help drive growth in their sales and customer base!

REMOTE WORKING - must have an office set up at home.



Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering would be advantageous
• 3-5yrs experience in technical sales, preferably with technical automation products
• Strong technical background and knowledge of automation products and solutions
• Valid Drivers Licence is required

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving sales of technical automation products to customers in various industries
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
• Identifying opportunities for new business, and providing technical support and expertise to customers including product demonstrations and training
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers needs are met and sales targets are achieved
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote their products and services
• Monitor and report on sales activity and provide regular updates to management
