Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to lead and optimise end-to-end operational functions, including technical teams, service delivery, warehouse, workshop, and technical support.
This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, service excellence, cost control, and team performance within a fast-paced technical services environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational departments (Technical, Service, Warehouse, Workshop, and Support)
• Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and service excellence
• Oversee installation, maintenance, repairs, and technical service delivery standards
• Manage warehouse operations including stock control, logistics, and asset management
• Ensure effective technical support and timely issue resolution
• Develop and manage operational budgets and cost controls
• Optimise resource allocation to improve profitability and efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and develop departmental managers and teams
• Conduct performance management and drive accountability across teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and procedures
• Prepare operational reports for senior management
• Engage with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high service levels
• Support business growth, projects, and operational expansion initiatives

Minimum Requirements
Experience

• 8-10 years' experience in operations management / technical operations / service operations
• Proven experience managing multiple departments and large teams
• Strong background in budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency
• Experience in security technology, technical services, or engineering environments (advantageous)

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
