Technical Integration: 55–60%

- Define and coordinate integration scope, plans, milestones, and dependencies.
- Ensure technical solutions align with architecture standards and business requirements.
- Manage stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and project communications.
- Coordinate testing, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, and operational handover activities.
- Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and change requests.
- Facilitate technical workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain project documentation, integration specifications, and support documentation.
- Track progress and provide project updates on RAID, dependencies, and key decisions.
- Support troubleshooting during testing and deployment phases.
Stakeholders:
- You will collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Developers, QA teams, Infrastructure, Operations, Business teams, and external vendors.
Minimum Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Relevant qualification (NQF Level 6 minimum) in Engineering, Information Sciences, Project Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in technical integration or within a large enterprise environment.
- 3+ years’ experience in enterprise software delivery projects (SDLC).
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or similar).
- Intermediate MS Project and MS Office skills.
- Understanding of software design principles and system integration concepts.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Knowledge of project administration principles, including scope, scheduling, quality, RAID, and reporting.
- Experience with dependency analysis and project planning.
- Understanding of SDLC processes and release management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and issue management capabilities.
Advantageous:
- Experience within regulated or highly governed environments.
- Exposure to tools such as MS Project, Jira, Octane, and Enterprise Service Bus logs.
- Agile delivery exposure (Scrum/Kanban).
