About the position
Our client is seeking a driven and technically minded Technical Customer Success Manager to play a key role in ensuring clients achieve maximum value from a cutting-edge AI platform. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer engagement, working closely with clients from implementation through to long-term adoption and growth.
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will take ownership of the customer journey, manage technical implementations, and serve as a trusted advisor for clients leveraging AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end client onboarding and technical success process
- Lead implementation projects and ensure seamless platform integration
- Act as the technical bridge between clients and engineering teams
- Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical support
- Identify opportunities for account growth and feature adoption
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and coordinate resolutions
- Build and improve scalable customer success processes
- Develop strong client relationships and drive long-term engagement
Requirements
- Strong technical background with hands-on AI, machine learning, or conversational AI experience
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Experience managing technical implementations and client engagements
Highly Desirable
- 3+ years in a Technical Customer Success or similar client-facing technical role
- Experience working with AI or SaaS platforms
- Exposure to voice technologies, chatbots, or conversational AI solutions
