• Resolve high-level technical escalations from busy junior support engineers daily.
• Perform deep diagnostic checks on all complex recurring system failures safely.
• Design scalable and secure IT infrastructure environments for diverse commercial clients.
• Lead complex system migrations and large cloud deployments confidently and securely.
• Maintain highly accurate technical diagrams for all managed client environments daily.

Experience & Qualifications:

• You must clearly show proven daily experience in high-level technical IT support.
• You strictly need a deep working understanding of complex cloud computing environments.
• You must possess a strong proven ability to lead large network infrastructure migrations.
• You need a proven daily ability to mentor and guide junior technical staff.
• You must confidently design scalable security solutions for diverse mid-market commercial clients.
