About the position
A client is on the look out for an experienced technical assistant in the Pietermaritzburg and surrounding areas.
Duties & responsibilities:
Capture & Process Information on Database System
Linking photographs/process sheets to Database System as well as update the system with information
Using excel to sync data
Prepare artwork if necessary
Engraving data plates
Creating protocol books and maintaining
Data capturing
Receive and prepare information from head office
Prepare technical documents/information for distribution
Candidate needs to be Computer Literate and good Admin experience.
Candidate should entail good typing skills
Requirements:
- MS Excel - Intermediate Level - required
- MS Word - Basic Level - required
- MS PowerPoint - Basic
- An eye for detail and team spirit
- MS Outlook - required
- MS Access - Basic
- Adobe PDF - Professional will be an advantage
- Matric Grade 12 (Additional Qualifications in similar field will be an advantage)
