About the position
An enterprise software / business process automation management services company requires the above to support the sales and solutions delivery teams in promoting and positioning their document management, workflow automation, and business process automation software solutions.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, or related field is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of software development would be advantageous.
- Previous experience having consulted and delivered technical product concepts against specific client requirements to demonstrate the value of the companies software offerings.
- Familiarity with ERP Systems, artificial intelligence applications, and robotic process automation will be advantageous in providing holistic solutions.
- Previous experience working across diverse industry sectors is preferred, particularly in demonstrating how technology can serve as a strategic enabler for improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Must be able to take complex concepts and solution orientated analysis and articulate them in a way that is clear, persuasive, and customer focused.
- Closely with sales consultants, product developers, and channel partners to win business and deliver results.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Document Management Systems (DMS), workflow automation, and Business Process Management (BPM).
- Solid understanding of document-centric processes across industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, legal, manufacturing, and government.
- Ability to identify business pain points and propose automation strategies that reduce costs, improve compliance, and enhance efficiency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the sales and solutions delivery teams in promoting and positioning their document management, workflow automation, and business process automation software solutions.
- Engaging customers with insightful solution presentations that clearly demonstrate business value.
- Creating detailed and compelling technical proposals and cost estimates aligned with client expectations.
- Partnering with sales teams to deliver impactful product demonstrations.
- Conducting discovery sessions to determine business and technical objectives.
- Guiding sales teams through the qualification of prospects, ensuring alignment between solutions and customer pain points.
- Acting as a trusted and passionate technical advisor—delivering knowledge and strategic insight to both internal teams and regional partners.
- Collaborating with resellers and customer across Southern Africa to analyse markets, identify trends, and develop compelling value propositions.
Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
