Teamleader Accounts Receivable at Sentech

About the position

SENTECH requires the service of an experience and qualified Accounts Receivable Team Leader, who will give specialised support to the department's Manager on Accounts Receivable activities including that:

Candidate with prospects for success should have:

• BCom degree or National Diploma in Finance

• Minimum 5 years' experience in supervising the accounts receivable team

• The Incumbent should be a highly results-driven, goal directed individual, who can work independently and will thrive on challenges and a changing environment.

The Key Performance Areas for a Team Leader: Accounts Receivable are:

• Debt collection of customers from all business lines
• Escalate and follow up on customer queries and disputes
• Review of age analysis on a regular basis
• Reconciling accounts
• Checking accuracy of requests for credit notes and processing them.
• Processing journals.
• Credit vetting of applications for new services.
• Creating customer masterdata on SAP.
• Checking payment allocations for accuracy
• Implementing company policies and procedures.
