About the position
A leading private hospital in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a skilled Team Leader for the Theatre department. The successful candidate will oversee theatre operations and ensure clinical excellence.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with SANC
- Post basic qualification in Operating Theatre Nursing
- 5+ years' theatre experience
- 2+ years' leadership experience
- Strong organisational and people management skills
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols
