Team Leader/Supervisor (Insurance)

About the position

Your 2years success in managing an outbound/inbound telesales team within the Insurance / Financial Services industry could put you in line to be part of this dynamic team.

We are looking for a diligent, hard working and high energy individual with top quality leadership skills to nurture, develop and drive this happy team to reach targets and cement great earning potential.

You will be responsible for ensuring conversion rate targets are met, QA targets are met and that client service is upheld.

To qualify for this great role you will need:

• Matric certificate
• RE
• 120 FAIS minimum
• 2years supervisory experience within a sales contact centre
• 5years experience within the sales contact centre environment
