You're a proactive, solutions-oriented people leader with strong planning and organisational skills, able to communicate clearly and professionally while thriving under pressure. Detail-driven yet collaborative, you manage time brilliantly and bring a confident, team-first approach.
You'll manage and supervise an Investment Support team to ensure consistent, high-quality client service and on-time execution. Day to day, you'll oversee alternative investment subscriptions/redemptions, non-automated transaction input, journal postings, SWIFT payments, corporate actions, capital calls and distributions. You'll keep client investment accounting up to date, reconcile positions and resolve breaks, collate KYC/FATCA/CRS compliance packs, assign daily/periodic tasks, balance workloads and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment. It's a role with real impact across process quality and client outcomes.

You'll be based in beautiful office in Cape Town CBD with the option to work hybrid after your probation period.
An appropriate finance degree plus at least 5 years financial services experience gained in fund accounting. You bring proven team-management (or potential to lead), solid knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and multi-currency accounting, and strong understanding of financial products. Familiarity with offshore trust/company structures (e.g., trustee-beneficiary relationships) and STEP studies would be advantageous. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and modern financial accounting systems completes your toolkit. Only candidates currently residing in Cape Town can be considered.
