About the position
Job Description
Are you a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for insurance sales? We're looking for a Team Leader to drive performance and lead a high-performing Direct Sales team focused on Short-Term and Long-Term Insurance products.
Location: Auckland Park, Johannesburg
Duration: November 2025 - June 2026
Salary: R30 000 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of direct sales agents to exceed sales targets.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with FAIS and company policies.
- Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- RE5 Certification (compulsory)
- Matric
- Full FAIS-recognized qualification (e.g., NQF Level 4 or higher in Insurance/Financial Planning)
- 4-5 years' experience in direct sales within Insurance or Banking Industry.
- Proven track record in team leadership and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of both short-term and long-term insurance products.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
