In this leadership role, you'll oversee a team responsible for a range of investment support activities. From preparing subscription and redemption instructions to managing complex transactions and reconciliations, you'll ensure smooth execution and timely service delivery. You'll maintain up-to-date investment accounting, authorise SWIFT payments, and ensure regulatory documentation is in order. Your leadership will drive daily task assignment, workflow balancing, and performance management, all while fostering a collaborative team environment.

You'll bring at least 5 years of investment industry experience and a completed commerce degree. A solid grasp of offshore trust structures, financial products, and multi-currency accounting is key. You've led teams before and understand double-entry bookkeeping inside out. Strong IT literacy, time management, and a knack for clear communication round out your profile. Only candidates currently residing in Cape Town can be considered.
