Team Lead Sales - Call Centre (Ref: 24246)

About the position

Enterprises University of Pretoria has a vacant position of a Team Lead Sales. They are looking for a dynamic self-driven Team Lead Sales to lead our call centre and sales hub. In this role, you will play a key part in driving performance and achieving enrolment and revenue targets by converting marketing-generated leads into paying delegates. You will oversee a motivated sales team, streamline sales processes and work closely with our marketing and programme teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality delegate experience from the enquiry to successful enrolment.

Minimum requirements:
Education and qualifications:

• 3 Year diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Valid driver's license.
• South African citizen.

Knowledge and experience:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales operations management.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role within a call centre.
• Proven track record in sales, marketing and lead conversion.
• Experience in budgeting, revenue tracking and financial control.
• Advanced computer literacy (Excel, CRM systems).

Behavioural competencies:

• Strong sales orientation with the ability to close deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (at least two official languages).
• High client relationship management ability.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
• Emotional intelligence, resilience and motivational leadership skills.
