What you'll need: We are looking for someone with degree/diploma in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or Commerce, complemented by over four years of experience in Talent Development, ideally within the financial services sector. However, we'll look at tech industries as well as most corporate services that have a similar environment. Your background should demonstrate a strong grasp of learning and development, employee experience, and talent retention strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, alongside an enthusiastic and solution-oriented approach, will set the foundation for success in this role.
