• Update the internal CRM system daily with highly accurate fresh candidate data.
• Maintain a warm pipeline of ready-to-work professionals for urgent client briefs.

Experience & Qualifications:

• You must clearly show proven daily experience in active professional talent sourcing.
• You strictly need a deep working understanding of modern recruitment CRM software.
• You must possess a strong ability to conduct deep technical candidate interviews.
