We are seeking a Talent Manager to drive our core Talent Research Engine, proactively
scouting and coordinating top-tier candidates for our demanding client base.
Key Responsibilities:
? Proactive Talent Sourcing: Be the engine that fuels our placements by actively
researching and mining all major online platforms, including Pnet, Career Junction, and
LinkedIn, to identify and engage with the best active and passive candidates
? Talent Fulfilment: Research, select, and coordinate candidates to ensure a perfect
match for client vacant positions. Utilize AI-generated models to find and match the best
candidates for client needs
? AI Integration: Work within our framework to utilize the latest AI tools for highly effective
AI-powered interviews and rapid candidate shortlisting
? Building Connections: Communicate easily and comfortably across all races, ages, and
job categories to engage a diverse pool of talent.
A Unique Partnership Opportunity:
You will work directly alongside the company founder who offers strategic insights, ensuring
the talent we source perfectly aligns with client business objectives and culture. The founder
is a serial entrepreneur who has started over 17 businesses, successfully exiting multiple
ventures, and understands this recruitment challenge firsthand.
You will also assist the Owner in several key operational and marketing areas:
? Marketing & Digital Presence: Assist with initiating marketing campaigns on
WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
? Creative Content: Help create marketing pictures in Canva, leveraging tools like
Gemini to assist with content and ideas.
? Tech Support: Provide support with basic computer skills where needed to ensure
smooth operations.
Compensation & Work Model:
This position needs to be filled immediately.
? Salary: Negotiable from R10 000.
? Commission Structure:
? Base Bonus: R1,000 commission for any placement where the company receives
R20,000 in fees.
? Tiered Bonus: An additional R1,000 commission for every R10,000 earned by the
company above the R20,000 threshold (e.g., R30,000 earned = R2,000 commission,
R40,000 earned = R3,000 commission, etc.).
? Training: Comprehensive training will be provided, but you must bring your enthusiasm,
communication skills, and research determination.
? Work Model: On-site
