What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage the full hiring cycle.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs and build a talent pipeline for the future.
- Stay informed on recruitment trends and advise on effective channels.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate successfully.
- Implement performance management and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Drive employee engagement and retention through various initiatives and a positive workplace culture.
- Align talent management with organisational goals and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Manage the HR system and team contracts.
What our client is looking for:
- A relevant tertiary degree would be beneficial (HR, Business Administration, etc.)
- Proven experience in a Talent Manager or similar role is essential.
- A strong understanding of recruitment strategies and performance management systems is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is expected.
