About the position

?? We're Hiring: Talent Management - Administration Officer.

Location: Centurion, Pretoria |
Unit: Human Resources |
Reports to: Talent Development Manager

A high-impact state-owned regulatory authority based in Centurion is seeking a proactive and organised HR Administrator to support its Talent Management function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected institution that plays a key role in safeguarding South Africa's financial system.

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate learning and development activities (booking, scheduling, provider liaison).
  • Process training-related documentation (quotes, invoices, reports, study assistance).
  • Maintain training records, update talent systems, compile monthly training reports.
  • Provide logistics support for training sessions, events, and governance meetings.
  • Perform general office administration (minute-taking, filing, requisitions, onboarding).

? What You'll Need:

Education:

  • National Diploma in HR (NQF Level 6 minimum)
  • Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) certification is a plus

Experience:

  • 2+ years in project administration
  • 3-5 years in HR or L&D administration
  • Experience dealing with training providers, quotes, and invoices

Skills:

  • MS Word and Excel (intermediate level)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
