We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Business Partner (Sourcing) to partner strategically with the business in attracting, mapping, and engaging top-tier talent. You will play a proactive and critical role in ensuring the organisation has the right people in place to achieve its goals. This position sits at the intersection of strategy, stakeholder engagement, talent intelligence, and exceptional candidate experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Develop and manage talent pipelines for critical, scarce-skill, and high-volume roles.
- Conduct proactive market research and talent mapping.
- Utilise multiple sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social networks).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive candidates.
Recruitment Execution
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to define role requirements.
- Screen and shortlist candidates aligned to job specifications.
- Support the recruitment cycle (scheduling, interviews, assessments).
- Ensure compliance, data accuracy, and recruitment reporting standards.
Business Partnering
- Engage with leaders to understand workforce needs and future talent demands.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and talent availability.
- Advise managers on sourcing strategies, timelines, and recruitment risks.
Candidate Experience
- Deliver timely, empathetic, and professional communication to candidates.
- Support seamless onboarding of new hires.
- Enhance the employer brand through thoughtful candidate engagement.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.
Data, Reporting & Systems
- Track sourcing metrics including pipeline health, turnaround times, and conversions.
- Maintain accurate data in HR and ATS systems.
- Provide weekly and monthly sourcing reports to HR and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
- 5-7 years' experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience sourcing across multiple functions and organisational levels.
- Strong ATS, bulk recruitment, and LinkedIn Recruiter experience (non-negotiable).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High attention to detail and strong customer-centric mindset.
