About the RoleA leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its internal recruitment team.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role for a recruiter who can hit the ground running, manage multiple vacancies independently and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer stage.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and agree recruitment timelines.
- Advertise vacancies and manage high volumes of applications.
- Conduct proactive sourcing, headhunting and market mapping to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialist and professional roles.
- Screen, shortlist and assess candidates.
- Coordinate and drive interviews, assessments and recruitment processes.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting time-to-hire targets.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with internal governance requirements.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders, including senior management and executives.
- Use ATS/e-recruitment systems effectively.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, HR Management, HR Development or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years' full recruitment lifecycle experience.
- Proven high-volume recruitment experience.
- Strong headhunting, direct sourcing and market-mapping capabilities.
- Experience recruiting professional and/or specialist roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior management.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tight deadlines.
- Strong ATS/e-recruitment system experience.
Advantageous- Experience within banking, financial services, investment, development finance or other professional services environments.
- Combination of agency and in-house/corporate recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting roles within Finance, Investment, Credit, Risk or related specialist areas.
- HR Business Partner exposure.
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a seasoned, hands-on recruiter who is confident with headhunting, understands how to identify scarce talent, can manage high recruitment volumes and is comfortable dealing with stakeholders from management through to executive level.
You must be equally strong at sourcing candidates and managing recruitment governance, administration and documentation.
