About the position

Opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist passionate about connecting exceptional talent with exciting opportunities.
Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within South Africa.
  • Proven success in achieving 5x salary billing targets or equivalent performance KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of EE legislation and recruitment compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience recruiting across all levels, from entry-level to executive.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools.

Highly Advantageous:

  • 360 recruitment experience (client and candidate management).
  • Exposure to international recruitment or cross-border hiring.
  • Experience in agency or RPO environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from job briefing, sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand business needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
  • Drive proactive talent sourcing through headhunting, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Maintain strong market intelligence on salary trends, industry shifts, and talent availability.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience that reflects our brand values.
  • Track and report on key metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Adhere to Employment Equity and South African labour compliance standards.
