Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will serve as a crucial link between potential candidates and the organization. Responsibilities include strategic sourcing, communication, understanding company needs, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build a workforce that aligns with organizational goals
- Ensure smooth process, administration, and compliance
- Coordinate new hire transitions
