About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator (TAA) on an 18-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting end-to-end recruitment processes and assisting the Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Managers across various TA and HR-related initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment operations, candidate experience, and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Administration
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from publishing job adverts and shortlisting candidates to scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offers in line with company requirements.
- Prepare and distribute interview packs and guides to the interview panel.
- Administer online occupational assessments in accordance with legislative and ethical standards.
- Initiate and track pre-employment checks.
- Manage candidate care, including onboarding and communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and compile recruitment reports and analytics.
Operational & Process Support
- Handle day-to-day recruitment and HR-related queries.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on TA processes and workflows.
- Proactively engage with business units weekly to understand and forecast recruitment needs.
- Administer non-permanent resource documentation, including appointments and contract renewals.
- Coordinate onboarding for all new employees.
- Identify process improvements, monitor recruitment steps, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Support team interventions, special projects, and process enhancement initiatives.
- Manage TA turnaround times and ensure alignment between stakeholders to improve time-to-hire and quality of hire.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and adherence to cost-effectiveness principles.
- Provide regular feedback to stakeholders to foster strong working relationships.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma in Human Resources Management or an equivalent qualification (a Bachelor's Degree will be an advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition.
- At least 1 year's experience in talent pipelining or conducting passive/silent searches.
- Demonstrated understanding of various Talent Acquisition strategies.
- Strong administrative, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
