Salary Range: $1,200 $2,500 USD per month (R22,000 - R45,000 per month)

Role Overview:
A dynamic and forward-thinking organisation is hiring a junior-level generalist to contribute across key business functions including operations, commercial strategy, data analysis, and product. This is a high-exposure role ideal for someone with a diverse skill set and a desire to work cross-functionally.
Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Data Science, Product Management, Marketing, or Accounting
• GPA of 70%+ from UCT, Stellenbosch, Wits, or UP
• GPA of 80%+ from any other university
• Strong interest in working across commercial, operational, and technical functions
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-starter mindset with strong adaptability

Bonus Points For:

• Internship or work experience in business, tech, or operations
• Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or other analysis tools
• Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to learn
