Conduct as is knowledge base Key responsibilities:
applying needs analysis and systems analysis methods and techniques to identify
where and how adoption improvements can be necessitated either by internal or
external training (for both systems and processes).
Conduct analysis of current training content, assessing need for additional content
and recommend changes.
Work collaboratively with Organisation Academy to identify and prioritize new training
classes for the PA. Keep current with advancements in the Umoja.

Provides a continuous learning path for assigned programs and audiences. Creates
effective methods of evaluation of students in each learning activity.
Provide the following training services is for the PA Department: (Projects,
Programmes and new Demands)
Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses internally and
externally.
To review, quality assure and approve training content and material developed
internally and externally and to ensure the alignment of digital learning is applied to
the Umoja project and to the Digital Learning Strategy of the Organisation
Building annual training program and prepare an effective schedule of all training
session.
Develop instructional training materials, conduct training sessions, and assess the
effectiveness of training programs.
Direct structured learning experiences and monitor quality results. Monitor and
relevant criteria and ensure that the
Company achieves its training objectives.
Deliver training courses.
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of all training programs and maintain records of
all resource allocation and provide support to all internal and external staff/clients.
Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.
Prepare an effective training schedule for all company demands and provide program
status for all employees and prepare all courses according to required timeframe and
develop effective relationships with all departments to prepare all course materials.
Analyse all training requirements and develop appropriate strategies to improve all
programs and monitor and analyse all software releases and provide required training
for same and design all curriculum courses for all demonstrations.

About The Employer:
- Provide training to all groups and front-line employees and organize various training
sessions for all employees and external clients and provide tests to monitor
effectiveness of all training programs.
Monitor all training programs and prepare progress reports for all employees and
external clients and design all training associate materials, prepare training materials,
and facilitate al training sessions.
Provide knowledge on all product new features and prepare all required data, monitor
all data, and facilitate timely follow up of same and evaluate effectiveness of all
training programs.
Initiate survey for all training sessions after course completion in coordination with
clients.
Facilitate the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work
Instructions (WIs) and learner guides for training and assessment.
Compile annual departmental training budgets.
Compile and monitor the monthly, quarterly, and yearly phased training plan and
report on progress of the training delivered.
- Knowledge, experience and personal competencies
Education and experience:
A minimum of a degree in (basic education, business administration, systems training
/e-learning) OR Social Science related certification is required.
Min of 3 YearsExperience in an application support position.
