Position Overview:
We are looking for a Systems Analyst with a background in mining and/or engineering to help drive the ongoing implementation and improvement of our internal operational and software systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology and industry, and who is passionate about using data, automation, and software to simplify complex processes across the mining value chain. The role plays a key part in delivering real-time operational insights to support smarter, faster decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in digital transformation initiatives focused on production monitoring, asset tracking, trade finance transparency and the link to accounting/finance.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance and software development teams to implement scalable solutions that focus on integration of multiple software systems.
• Analyse, design, and optimise workflows across mining operations using software tools and system automation.
• Evaluate existing systems and software to identify inefficiencies, integration gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support change management and user adoption for new technologies across field and office teams.
• Ensure systems align with operational goals, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mining related field.
• Strong understanding of business systems integration, process automation and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in technology, IT, AI, mining, and/or industrial engineering environments.
• Familiarity with mining production systems, ERP platforms, or industrial software solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate between technical and operational teams.
