About the position

Education and experience:

• A minimum of a degree in (basic education, business administration, systems training /e-learning) OR Social Science related certification is required.
• Min of 3 years' experience in an application support position.

• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office and in database software.
• Training, HR, or related field.
