About the position
The Systems Analyst will support the implementation and optimisation of enterprise platforms, including SAP-based systems supporting generation operations, data warehouse environments, and integrated enterprise applications.
The role also supports system development, data migration, testing, and documentation activities to ensure successful delivery of programme objectives.
This position plays a key role in ensuring that system solutions are reliable, scalable, integrated, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards

About The Employer:
Business & Systems Analysis
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into system specifications.
- Develop functional specifications and system design documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through system enhancements.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation including:
o Functional specifications
o Technical specifications
o Integration documentation
o Data migration documentation
o Test plans and test evidence.
- Ensure documentation complies with enterprise governance standards.
- Support knowledge transfer to operational support teams.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop and execute system testing plans including:
- Develop test cases and scripts.
- Support defect resolution and root cause analysis.

- Analyse configuration requirements and maintain system configuration
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and configuration transport
- Provide functional and technical support during implementation phases.
Development Support
- Support enterprise data warehouse integration and reporting structures.

- Assist in debugging, performance optimisation, and technical troubleshooting.
- Support data migration activities during system implementation or upgrades.

Years of Experience
- 5 - 10 years' experience in systems analysis within enterprise environments.
- Experience working with enterprise systems including >3 years of SAP ABAP or SAP PPM.
- Experience in data warehouse environments and SQL data analysis.
- Experience supporting system integration and data migration activities.
- Experience working within large transformation or system implementation programmes.
