About the position

Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of business analysis experience in technical environments, ideally with infrastructure, DevOps, or platform teams.
  • Proven experience with process mapping, requirements documentation, and traceability management.
  • Experience coordinating testing activities (SIT/UAT) and managing defects through to resolution.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Visio.
  • All background and security checks must be clear prior to engagement.
  • Preferred: Banking or financial services experience, exposure to cloud, middleware, or enterprise infrastructure, knowledge of SRE principles, Agile/SAFe experience, and relevant certifications (CBAP, ISTQB, Agile BA, Scrum).
