About the position
Experienced SYSPRO Administrator with a strong manufacturing background?
A leading manufacturing company is looking for an experienced SYSPRO Administrator to join their team on a 12-month consulting contract. This hybrid role requires the successful candidate to work from the office 2–3 days per week on an ad hoc basis.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with solid SYSPRO implementation and administration experience within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving, maintaining, and expanding the organisation's SYSPRO ERP system while supporting users across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain and optimise the SYSPRO ERP system.
- Investigate and resolve SYSPRO user queries and system issues.
- Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing system support.
- Implement, launch and roll out new SYSPRO modules.
- Configure and maintain complex Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Manage and optimise MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
- Develop and maintain SYSPRO workflows.
- Configure commission structures within SYSPRO.
- Investigate and maintain stock codes and product structures.
- Support Product Bill of Materials (BOM) setup and maintenance.
- Assist with Asset Management and Maintenance modules.
- Utilise SQL to troubleshoot, extract and validate system data.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and maximise SYSPRO functionality.
Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:
- Relevant IT, Information Systems, Supply Chain or related qualification advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a SYSPRO Administrator.
- Proven experience within a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Strong SYSPRO implementation and configuration experience.
