About the position
A well-established company based in Sandton is seeking a Support Developer & QA Administrator to maintain and support their internal Bubble.io applications.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Experience with [URL Removed] (essential)
- Familiarity with React and modern JavaScript
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar databases
- General coding ability with a willingness to learn and grow
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations

- Highly detail-oriented, able to identify calculation errors and data inconsistencies
- Methodical approach to debugging and testing
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support existing Bubble.io applications, ensuring they function correctly.
- Debug and resolve issues reported by internal teams.
- Verify the accuracy of calculations across financial, inventory, sales, and payroll systems.
- Proactively monitor systems to identify and resolve issues before they impact users.
- Test system changes and updates before deployment, including regression testing.
- Document bugs, fixes, and system behaviour clearly.
- Work with stakeholders to understand and resolve system issues.
- Ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Assist with creating spec sheets and technical documentation for new features.
- Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, triaging bugs, tasks, and feature requests while keeping stakeholders informed on progress and status.
This position involves both reactive support—resolving issues reported by internal teams—and proactive monitoring to identify and fix potential problems early.
