SUPPORT CONSULTANT/PARAPLANNER - MIDSTREAM at Competent Candidates

About the position

A well know leader in the financial industry got a Paraplanner position available:

DUTIES:

• Summarize client portfolio reports.
• Analyze investment income sustainability using mechanisms such as cashflow analysis.
• Analyze investment & risk solutions relative to client needs & objectives to address shortfalls and manage risk.
• Quantify estate liquidity requirements.
• Identify appropriate investment vehicle and structure.
• Identify, analyze and compare investment data (risk, asset classes, sector allocation etc).
• Research investment portfolios and investment performance and provide recommendations on appropriate investment solutions.
• Compile proposals for new and existing clients.
• Keeping abreast of the changing tax and legal environment.
• Maintain and develop client relationships.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Formal Education, Matric
• Tertiary qualification - Degree in Financial Planning / Financial Field is advantageous
• Preference will be given to candidates with CFP or studying towards becoming a CFP
• Two years experience in a financial planning environment
