Job Title: Support / Account Manager
Location: Remote (Johannesburg or Cape Town)
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Salary: R30,000 per month
Working Hours: UK Hours (8AM - 4PM or 9AM -5PM)
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Support/Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts from the point of sale, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing client satisfaction. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will play a key role in building long-term client relationships and ensuring 100% customer retention.
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Johannesburg or Cape Town, working UK hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts from the point of sale through onboarding and beyond.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and building strong, professional relationships.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers and after-sales support.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to ensure clients fully utilize the company's products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, issues, and feedback.
- Achieve and exceed targets related to client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a sales support role.
- Previous experience as an Estate Agent is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, tasks, and deadlines.
- Confident and professional when dealing with clients on a daily basis.
- Technologically proficient and comfortable using a variety of software tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Knowledge of social media, website management, or design tools is a plus.
