About the position
We are looking to appoint a highly organised and process-driven Supply Chain Team Lead to oversee and manage supply chain operations within the events, rentals, equipment hire, and materials environment. The ideal candidate will have strong sales quoting experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to enforce strict operational procedures.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to implement and maintain strict processes and procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage supply chain activities related to events, rentals, equipment hire, and materials
- Prepare accurate internal and external sales quotations
- Source materials and additional required items efficiently and cost-effectively
- Compile and submit tender documents
- Manage and review rental agreements
- Ensure compliance with supply chain processes and company procedures
- Coordinate import and export activities (advantageous)
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience in supply chain management within events, rentals, equipment hire, or related industries
- Strong sales quoting experience (internal and external)
- Solid experience working with rental agreements
- Experience compiling tenders
- Exposure to import and export processes (preferred)
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
