About the position

DBN000218 -  Supply Chain Operations Manager (Import) – Avoca Durban

Purpose of the Job:
To lead and optimise end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and cost-effective handling of goods from receipt to delivery

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Operations Management advantageous
  • Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in supply chain, warehousing, or logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing warehouse operations in an import/distribution environment (homewares, consumer goods, or similar).
  • Demonstrated involvement in system implementation or process automation projects.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).
